Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Warmly, an AI networking copilot for student recruiting. By creating an account or using Warmly, you agree to these terms.
Using Warmly
You may use Warmly only in compliance with applicable laws, these terms, and the rules of services you connect to Warmly. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for reviewing every recipient, message, attachment, and scheduled send.
User-controlled outreach
Warmly provides suggestions and scheduling assistance, but you remain responsible for your communications. Warmly does not guarantee that contact details, AI-generated text, inferred commonalities, or professional information are accurate. You must verify information and must not send misleading, deceptive, harassing, or unlawful messages.
Acceptable use
You may not use Warmly to send spam, evade provider limits, scrape or upload information unlawfully, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access. Warmly is designed for thoughtful recruiting networking, not indiscriminate bulk outreach.
Your account and connected services
You are responsible for safeguarding your account. Connecting Gmail authorizes Warmly to send messages that you explicitly approve. You can revoke that access through your Google Account. Third-party services, including Google, payment providers, hosting providers, and enrichment providers, are governed by their own terms and policies.
Your content
You retain ownership of information and content you provide. You grant Warmly a limited permission to host, process, and use that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the right to provide and use uploaded content.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid features, trial periods, prices, renewal intervals, and included usage are displayed before purchase. Unless cancelled before renewal, recurring subscriptions renew automatically according to the plan shown at checkout. Payments and refunds are handled subject to the checkout terms and applicable law.
Service changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Warmly to improve the product, protect users, or comply with law. We may also suspend accounts that violate these terms or create risk for users or the service.
Disclaimers
Warmly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Warmly does not guarantee recruiting outcomes, responses, interviews, employment, email deliverability, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Warmly and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, opportunities, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Warmly evolves. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
